€600+ a year for copy-paste?

Most gestores charge €50/month to file two forms a quarter — and answer in Spanish legalese when you ask why.

The fear of the letter.

One wrong box and Hacienda writes to you. Fines start small and grow while you don't understand them.

Your bank speaks your language. Your taxes don't.

Revolut onboarded you in minutes. Then Modelo 303 hit you with 80 boxes in bureaucratic Spanish.

How it works

1

Answer simple questions.

How much did you invoice? What did you spend? In plain English — never in tax-speak. About 20 minutes a quarter.

2

We check everything.

21 automatic checks against the official AEAT rules. If something could cost you money, we stop and fix it with you — before it's sent, not after.

3

You press send.

You file with your own digital certificate on the official site — we point at every click. Your taxes, legally filed by you. Receipt saved.

The part nobody else does.

Every tax app calculates. Cybortax checks. Wrong IVA rate for your profession, a deduction that doesn't add up, a number that breaks the chain from last quarter — the exact slips that turn into fines are the exact things we catch. If something serious is off, Cybortax refuses to let it through until it's resolved. That stubbornness is the product.

Let's stop for a second.

Your expenses are 96% of your income this quarter. That ratio is a known inspection trigger. Let's sort it out together before anything is sent.

✓ All clear.

We checked 21 things: rates, ratios, last quarter's chain, retenciones. Nothing here could get you fined.

"If our check misses something and you're fined for it, your year is on us."

€29/month

or €79 per quarter · IVA included

Everything. Both quarterly filings, all checks, reminders, receipts, in your language. First quarter free in the pilot. No card to join.

A typical gestor: €50–70/month. Doing it alone: free, plus the fear.

Built for

Freelancers and self-employed foreigners in Spain — developers, designers, teachers, consultants, creators — on estimación directa, anywhere in common-territory Spain.

Basque Country & Navarra (separate tax systems) · module-based regimes · company (SL) taxes. We'd rather tell you now than fail you later.

Fair questions

Is this legal?

Completely. You file your own taxes with your own digital certificate on the official AEAT site — Cybortax prepares and checks the paperwork. Same legal standing as filling the forms yourself, minus the guessing.

What if I don't have a digital certificate?

Our free step-by-step guide gets you one this week — it's the one piece of Spanish bureaucracy you'll ever need us to walk you through twice.

What if my case is weird?

The check is built exactly for "weird". If something doesn't add up, Cybortax stops and works it out with you, question by question. And if your situation is genuinely outside what we do well, we say so — see the list above.

Who's behind this?

I'm Evan — a foreigner in Spain who hit the same wall you did: three languages, none of them "Modelo 303". I built the checking engine on the official AEAT manuals, rule by rule, because I needed it to exist. Pilot users write directly to me — no support bot, just the person who built it.

What happens to my data?

Encrypted, stored in the EU, never sold, delete-everything button included. Your numbers are nobody's business — including advertisers'.

October's filing can be the calm one.
